Projected Annual Gross Rent / Referral Fee
$1K- $100K / $5,000
$100K-$200K / $10,000
$200K- $500K / $20,000
$500K + / $25,000
Referral fees are paid to your Broker within 30-90 days of signed management agreement. Payment tier is based on Ali'i Resorts' estimated income after owner confirmation of rental availability
